How to add Shape Generator to Inventor 2023

I can't seem to find the Shape Generator Add-in in the Ribbon or in the Add-in window. Am I missing something? Does Inventor still support Shape Generator?

Hi Jonathan,

Inventor Shape Gen is part of the Simulation: Stress Analysis Add-In. If it is loaded, it should be there. It is only available in a part, not in an assembly.

I suggest you look into Fusion Generative Design which offers more design optimization capability.

Hi, I think your problem is that it's hidden on a completely nonsensical ribbon panel that's hidden by default.
You need to right click the ribbon, choose show panels and then tick 'Explore'
I don't know why, I didn't name it, but I couldn't find it either! 😂

Fusion? i would be happier getting up four in the morning to collect trash for a living. Inventor is where it is at.

Having said that. Fusion 360 PCB design is well liked by my collegue.

In the add-ons window, activate Stres Analysis.

Then go to the module: Environments -> Stres Analysis

I've been using Nastran, so I don't have Stress Analysis loaded. Thanks for the help!
