What version of Inventor are you using?

The tutorial image looks like its using the mini-toolbar version of the function where you're seeing the actual dialog of the function. In later versions of Inventor the mini-toolbar was turned off by default since many didn't like the mini-toolbar interface. Under View/User interface, click mini-toolbar (unless you're using an older version of Inventor like 2016 and older).

I am working through the steering knuckle tutorial and have gotten to task 5. The fillet command is shown to be executed from popup menu and seems to run in a minimized format. When I click the same popup option for the fillet command I cannot get the minimized version. I get the standard window format. The option selected in the tutorial is "Add Set" which does not appear in the standard command window I get. Any suggestions? How can I run the fillet command in the same manner outside the window?

Yep, As Mark said, you have to turn on the Mini-tool bar which is set as unchecked by default in recent releases.

I am using Inventor 2018. Your suggestion of the mini-toolbar was right on
point. Thanks for the help!
