i am using the inventor professional 2026 (education access) and i encountered an issue while using the frame generator while working on a project, and the issue was it couldn't access the content center server

Welcome to the forum. Can you share a few more details about the issue? Maybe some screen shots of what you are seeing when you try to access the Content Center? Can you Open or Place components directly from the Content Center? Are your Content libraries configured to your Inventor Project?
