missing lines in projected views

here is another issue i'm having. on some drawings the projected views are missing lines. it seems on the last several drawings this has been an issue causing me to basically have to start over. go back to my base view and put them all in again along with dimensions and notes. getting kinda old having to redo things

if you look at the image you can see on the right hand side of the views where lines are missing. this is a hydraulic cylinder with a 1.13 dia. rod coming out. in the front view you can see the dim going to nothing and in the top view you can see a few lines

Yes, we can see the image showing the missing edges. But @johnsonshiue can't possibly diagnose the problem by looking at a picture. He needs the file.

Hi! There are a few things you could try in the meantime. Edit the projected view and go to Display Options -> check "Tangent Edges" -> Ok. If this does not work, open the part of interest and use Split command to split the faces length-wise. Does it look Ok now?

I tried the "tangent edges". When I checked it and hit ok the view "refreshed" and the line (lines) came on then went right back off. Just for a split second I was excited.
Like the old man on the commercial "allllmost got it".
