Thumbnail preview not work

My computer system is win10.
The Inventor version is 2018.
Both the system and the Inventor software have just been installed. The Inventor software does not have any settings。 But the new parts i just built do not display thumbnails.There is also no command on the right-click menu for Inventor.

I have confirmed the following three operations:

"Always show icons, never thumbnails" check box is not selected.

Start this command in command prompt >>regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Inventor 2018\Bin\thview.dll"

UAC: Never Notify

We received several similar cases about it and working in progress in our side and try to reproduce the problem, however, it just not comes to me.

Try reboot system to get the thumbnail up to date.

I've tried, but I still can't display the thumbnails, and the right-click menu doesn't have Inventor commands. It is always the case as shown below.
