Custom Content Center Issue

Hello, we use a custom content center library. Its been working perfectly until this week when we starting to get errors when we try to place a piece of pipe in our assembly. It is trying to find a file that it is saying is not there. I have tried everything i can think of to get these errors to stop coming up but nothing is working. Can someone please tell me how to create this type of file in the attached image below in order for inventor to find the file and stop getting these errors. I have never made a file type like this dealing with ilogic before. This was done from a outside company my current employer hire to come and create this custom library. Thanks

You have an ilogic rule that's running and something is wrong. Do you have the given location under your user profile? If someone else wrote this.. Shouldn't you be contacting them for resolution?

no i didnt create this ilogic run.

I am just trying to figure out what is wrong. I cant seem to find anything to help me determine what is causing this.

So your company paid to have this written and there's no support from them. Sounds like your company management needs to be involved and...

Anyhow without seeing the code there's really no way of troubleshooting what is causing the issue.

No I need the actual program code.. But reviewing the info again..

Since your pipe size is 2 1/2".. The program is seeing "2 1"/"2" as a certain folder structure and thus it can't find it. In addition it looks like it complied code so it would be hard to review it without the actual source code.
