I am attempting to set up a pressure vessel which is driven by parameters. The current hole for the nozzle is set up on the YZ plane, which fixes the hole to this position. Is there a way to set up a parameter which allows me to rotate the axis of the hole, so that I can imput which degree location the hole is located at?

Put an "angle to plane around edge" work plane in. Set it on the Y axis, and reference the YZ plane for the angle. That should result in an angular parameter that you can control.

The origin planes are, by definition, fixed. You'll probably want to set up a Work Plane (defined using the rotation axis and the plane you want to measure the angle from), and then construct your nozzle hole on that plane instead of on one of the origin planes.

It may be initially in the same position that the YZ plane would have provided, but this method will let you change the angle of the nozzle hole plane to rotate the hole axis.
