Converting to Sheet Metal - Creating Flat Pattern

Hi,

I'm having an issue with converting an extrusion to sheet metal and creating a flat pattern. The flat pattern is not flat and is super wonky. I made sure the thickness matched the sheet metal thickness of 0.033. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've converted parts to sheet metal before and haven't had this issue.

Thank you! I just figured this out. I added a fillet between the arc and line and it worked.

Can I suggest you use sheet metal tools for this. Perfect example of contour flange part. If you have non tangent parts or a shape that is incorrect Inventor will not create the contour flange. Mind you Inventor will not be a lot of help telling you what is wrong. LOL
