Not perfect sure about the reason so far, would you mind help update the version to 200 for the laptop firstly?

Please download it from here and uninstall then reinstall to see if it helps or not.

Inventor view 2019 resolution

Hey pros.

We have an issue with the Inventor View 2019, and I can't seem to find a solution.

Drawings are generated on my system with Inventor 2019, up to date to the latest version.

My drawings are to be opened by our assembly techs in Inventor View using laptops.

And they have issues seeing detail (see attachement).

I also tried to open it with my viewer, but everything checks out (also see the other attachement).

It looks like on the laptop the lines in the 3D views are lost. Not only in this drawing, but in all drawings.

There are two likely culprits, one being the version. On my system I have View 2019.1 Build:200
On the laptop is version 2019 Build:136

However, I can't seem to update the version on the laptop to the newest build.

Another culprit could be the graphics card, but I can't verify this, because View doesn't give any system requirements other then that the system has to be 64-bit, which it is.

The laptop has an onboard Intel HD Graphic 520, with the latest driver.

Is there anything I'm overlooking? And foremost, what can we do to have our assembly guys being able to do their jobs again.

kelly.young has embedded your image for clarity.

Hello @Xun.Zhang,

we've uninstalled the version, and re-installed it with your link. But this is still build 136. Not the latest build 200.
Not sure why I do have a more recent version, then supplied on the website. Maybe it came bundled with my version of Inventor?
