If you want to add Cool Orange to your 2025, there are a couple of steps you need to follow, you can check out this thread: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/inventor-forum/cool-orange-thread-modeler-in-iv2023-2024-and-2025/td-p/12734461

Here are a couple of videos to check out:

I am using Inventor 2025. I am creating parts to be 3-D printed. Some of these parts have external and internal threads (e.g. bolts and nuts). When I export the files to STEP, the threads disappear, and I am left with smooth shafts and holes. I have printed objects with threads that I have downloaded from other libraries that work just fine. Is there a procedure or command that will work in Inventor 2025 to export these threads?

Threads in Inventor are data-only, with cosmetic texture added for visualization. For 3D printing and export, you will need to cut actual threads. There are tutorials on YouTube and lots of advice in this forum. One very interesting topic: Solved: best way to add threads for printing purposes? - Autodesk Community - Inventor

You can include them by selecting "Modelled" in the threads tool.
