This type of auto functionality would be nice, instead of having to add the constrain, not a hard thing to do, but it does look a lot smoother, no pun intended.

IV got tangent circle:

While sketching, IV can infer constrain. So user don't need to add it:

PS: Sorry, tangent only work on lines. What happened to 3 point circle?
