32dp worm with Worm Gears Component Generator

What are the magic numbers to enter in the generator to create the following 32 dp worm gear and worm?

Gear:
120 teeth
14.5° pressure angle
4.08° lead angle
3.75" pitch diameter

Worm:
4.08° lead angle
14.5° pressure angle
0.438" Pitch Diameter

I'm far from a gear expert but here are two solutions:

Well, those are solutions, but neither is anywhere close to correct. I've tried manipulating all of the various settings and I can only get either the helix angle or the worm pitch diameter correct. Never both at the same time. The closest I've come is using metric settings instead of imperial.

I need to make the gear to match a purchased worm, so all of the parameters must be correct.

So, no one is willing to reveal the secrets of creating an imperial worm gear with standard sizes
