Templates with different style.

Hi all,

One of my colleagues likes to have the hidden line blu in the drawings. All the others want it to remain black.

Is there any way? I was thinking to create a second template with the hidden layer blu, but it looks impossible: It need to change the style for all.

Do they all have to use the same project file?

I mean there is not a way to have the same line type with two different colors in the same style if that is what you are asking.

What you can do is in the same style, create another line type that is similar and make one black and the other blue.

They need to be different style for each person.

Or else when the file is open by another user, Inventor will say style conflict.

Get them to agree on one style. Or get management to get them to agree.

Hi! Indeed, the change needs to happen to the layer. I guess the users would like the change in color only on screen but not on the actual sheet. Except sheet background color, sheet outline, highlight, and selection in Tools -> Document Settings, there isn't an option to change the color in the drawing on the screen.
