Is it possible to copy rout from one T&P assembly to different T&P assembly?

Yes, in flexible T & P, never tried it in ridgid.

I am facing following attached error while saving T&P assembly. I am trying to make it adaptive but it is also getting fail. Could you please tell me why this is happen?

It can only be adaptive within one assembly, the first one it was designed in. Any re-using of the T & P run must be identical to the original run.

I think your definition of copies and re-using might need to be clarified. You aren't making a copy but re-using an existing run.

You need to project model geometry from other components into the T & P to be adaptive. There are limits to this.
