Can you create a note with multiple leader lines?

If so you can whats the trick?

If by "note" you mean Leader Text, then yes, you can create multiple leaders. Simply right click on the existing leader text and choose Add Vertex / Leader; click on the location for the new arrow, then where it's leader line should attach to the existing leader geometry.

If by "note" you mean a dimension or a hole note, then the answer is "no"-- you'll have to fake it.

Hi! This could be a corrupted annotation or a corrupted sheet. The behavior does not look right to me. Please share the file that exhibits the behavior. I would like to understand it better.

I see that you're adding 3D annotations in a model. I don't think it's ever been possible in Inventor to add a leader to a 3D annotation leader text feature. It's available for leader text in a drawing, but not in a model.

I would like the arrow to be positioned on both press-in bolts from the same text.
