Help with assembly assignment

Hello, I'm very new to CAD so I know the smallest amount of the basics for inventor professional 2023 and I need help. I've seen a few forums related to this exact assignment but I haven't gotten the answer for how it's done (or I just don't understand it)

Can someone teach me, step by step how to do this stack? I've tried everything but cannot wrap my head around how to do it.

I can do the spheres and extend with the 'Ground to root' tool to a line and thats about it and not even sure thats the right way

These balls should be in one part file. This is one piece of the puzzle. You need to create a system of balls at the level of individual parts to obtain a puzzle piece consistent with reality.

Can you explain how one does that, i have one sphere saved as a file and use that to create the 4 spheres if thats what you mean.

All spheres must be duplicated using a pattern in the part file. A sphere is a geometric object. And one such part consists of 4 balls.

so I need to create 4 different files with 1,2,3 and 4 spheres? I'm verrrryyy new to this so i dont know what to do and what to use

First, you should know the structure of this toy to plan your parts list. I'll give you a hint - it's different than you described.

Hi!

First design the wire scheme: create sketches and axis to help you with directions

Then create the first solid

Use patterns wisely to populate the other solids.

I disagree with @CCarreiras.

This is not a collection of balls, but a geometric puzzle (logical puzzle for children), which consists of several segments with a different number of balls. These parts should be arranged in an even pyramid.

Therefore, you should first get to know the product to know WHAT you want to modeling, and only then consider HOW to modeling it.

Well.... after you have all the elements, you can combine the elements in groups to create the puzzle parts.....

The goal was to get quickly the components needed to get the next step.

It's not clever to construct piece by piece and try to join them in an assembly using very complicated constrains....
