Inventor crashes every time I try to create a new tube and pipe style

I've no idea why but when I try to create a new tube and pipe style with my own pipes from content center IV crashes. Any ideas on what could cause this?

Did you send in the crash report?

Hi! What release of Inventor are you on? Have you installed the latest update? Are all critical Windows updates installed and graphics driver up-to-date? Is the appropriate .Net installed?
