Inventor 2019 Tutorial Gallery presents a blank screen

Finished with the Learning Path tutorials. However, I wanted to explore more with the Tutorial Gallery, but there is nothing but a blank screen after starting it.

None of those apply. One solution was for 2017. One was about no options available to select, but there was an interface presented. The other was about a video issue. I literally have nothing presented to me when I click on the the Tuturial Gallery button. I have reintstalled and have even done the reset utility. Nothing.

First thing to try would be to uninstall the Autodesk Guided Tutorial Plugin.

Then reinstall it from <install source>\Setup\x64\LWS\AutodeskGuidedTutorailPlugin.msi

Reboot the computer and try the Tutorial in Inventor again.
