Meshing fails during the volume mesh of a solid body , I tried checking the surface by changing the idealization to shell and found white lines after the surface mesh got completed . at multiple points on the bodyzoomed in

Hi! It looks like the part body is imported. Please use Repair Bodies workflow to ensure the body checks good. Go back to the part modeling environment. Right-click on the base feature -> Repair Bodies -> Find Errors -> select the body. Then use Heal Errors to fix the errors. You may need to unstitch it and restitch it back in tighter tolerance (0.00001mm).

Many thanks!

Hi! I suggest you run through Find Errors and Heal Errors first. You don't need to unstitch the body unless Heal Errors does not help.

The process is fairly straight forward. If you still cannot repair the badness, more than likely there is geometry specific error and we will need to see the file in order to comment further.

Many thanks!
