    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I guess "bigger part" is the part that is fixed in the assembly. If you want to rotate "Arm hand" with respect to "Bigger part", there should not be a restriction between them, maybe this is the restriction that prevents you from turning the part. Check it out by typing "G" and selecting "Arm hand" and try to turn the piece.&lt;BR /&gt;I suggest you deactivate the restriction between both parties, turn "Am hand" as you need, then edit the restriction correctly deactivate and finally activate it again (or if it seems complex, first remove the restriction turn part and place a new restriction)&lt;BR /&gt;I hope you can solve your problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Autodesk Community!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have 2 pieces in which they already stuck together by using the constraint command.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would like to rotate the 'arm hand' around while it is being attached on to the bigger part.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please refer to the screenshot below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I see. Thank you for your advice. I have already tried but to no avail it didn't get the job done.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When i typed G, it just spun around wildly and made things even more difficult to rotate it about the 'bigger part'.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
