Everything I have checked has told me that what I need to do to change the date format on a .IDW is to go through the Windows protocol and change it there. Windows doesn't seem to have this format though. Anyone know of how to do this?

Probably not possible without some ilogic or something script to reformat into that.

Inventor uses the Date Format from the Windows O/S. This means, you need to change your Country Location so that the date format within Windows matches the format you want to use within Inventor. If you can't see the date format that matches your requirements with Windows O/S, you are out of luck.

There is a request on the Inventor Ideas site for this to be controlled within the Projects file.

Good example, within the United States, the date format is: MM/DD/YY and within Canada" DD/MM/YY.
