Inventor 2015 crashes when checking into the vault

One of our users is continually getting application crashes (Not responding) when he sends files to the Vault. Other users are not experiencing such crashes when they check into the Vault. This happens frequently throughout the day, and the user will lose all unsaved work as the application will crash and restart (never seems to recover from Not Responding)

OS: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

RAM: 24 GB

Processor: Intel Core i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz

GPU: NVIDIA Quadro K620

Disk space: 367 GB free of 558 GB

Hi! The behavior is certainly wrong. Have you applied the applicable service packs and updates to Inventor and Vault 2015?

We are working through getting the necessary Service Packs and/or Updates for Vault Basic 2015 and Inventor 2015.

Please do not share crash reports here. They contain sensitive information that belongs to your product. I will have the moderator remove it to protect your information.

Update: Your crash is related to the Vault add-in. Make sure the Vault build # of your client is the same as the Vault server build #. In addition your Inventor 2015 is still at the RTM (original release version).
