Can't move IDE

I usually have the AI (2018) interface as a section of my available desktop, and usually I can move that sub-screen about on the desktop. Suddenly I can't. I can re-size it, I can maximize/minimize it. I just can't move it.

My machine is Intel QuadCore i5-3470 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 32 GB RAM, running MS Windows 10 Home v. 1803, build 17134.228 on an MSI B75MA-P45 motherboard. It has RealTek High Definition Audio and a SAMSUNG U28D590D VDU driven by an NVIDIA QUADRO K620 Video Card, and I have Windows Defender and Malwarebytes as Anti-virus with Firefox and Skype running in the background.

What is immobilizing my Inventor screen?

Have you rebooted the computer and the behavior persists?

By "IDE" are you referring to a Punch or iFeature, I am not sure of your problem description, can you create a Screencast Recording that illustrates the behavior that you observe?

That problem has corrected itself. All is okay now - just checked.

I don't know what the problem was. Could well have been cured by a reboot.
