Inventor2020 I want 5 decimal places displayed when constaining sketch

Hi Everyone,

3 decimal places displayed is not enough accuracy for me when generating sketches (.ipt files). How do I tell inventor I want 5 decimal places displayed or more in dims when constraining sketchs?

Go to Tools>Document Settings>Units>Linear Dim Display Precision. If you want it permanently then open your Standard.ipt template, change your document settings and save. When you start a new standard part file then you'll be set to whatever decimal places you selected from that point forward.

Another way to get there is to place a dimension in sketch mode, right-click on it and select Dimension Properties. Go to the Document Settings tap and set the Linear Dim Display Precision.
