How to make the tray tilt?

Hallo,

I have this trolly with a tray on it, and I really like to make a simulation, where the tray tilt´s over, to show that the design is not good enough. I don´t know how to do it, or if is even possible, to make a simulation where the tray tilt over.

I have a Inventor 2019, and it´s a student account.

Is this an assignment?

You need a pivoting point. Few ways to do it from there. But create an Angle constraint and put values / limits to the constraint. Or just make it driven.
