Work on Assembly with Bill of Materials Open

Is there a way to keep the Bill of Materials open while working in an assembly? Google says it is possible but it is not working for me. Maybe it became possible in a later year? I am using 2024.3.4.

Hi Ed,

I guess you would like the BOM dialog to behave modelessly. We are aware of the request but it has not been implemented yet.

The request is absolutely reasonable. Making a versatile modal dialog modeless can be challenging. It is why it has not been done yet.
