URGENT HELP! Dynamic Simulation Not Responding after the solution is reached

I have been having trouble getting Inventor to Respond after the solution to Dynamic Simulation is Reached. This was not an issue earlier but now it has become a constant issue.

Did you shut down and restart your computer? Then repeat the simulation.

Yes, I have tried that as well. but it doesn't seem to work in this case. Any other method to solve this error?

Is it possible to upload the (Inventor) files here? So we could have a closer look at this.

I am attaching the step file as well as the assembly file, because there are multiple part files.

Put all of the *.ipt files and the *.iam file into a single folder.

Right click on the folder and select Send to Compressed (Zipped) Folder.

Attach the resulting *.zip file here.
