I just want to know if there is a way to access past crash report? I can't find the answer.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

If they were sent to Autodesk, Autodesk would have a record

But on your machine once the crash report is closed, the files would be removed.

What is the issue you're faced with? In addition crash reports don't tell you the solution.. You get an email from Autodesk if there's a solution or recommendations.

I received an email for more information about a report, but it happened before I work on this computer so I was trying to retrieve some info about the files. I only know about the crash because I received this email :

Hello,

I am a developer monitoring Autodesk Inventor crash error reports.

Today, you submitted a crash report against Autodesk Inventor 2020.

Would it be possible to get a copy of the files you see the problem on and the steps needed to cause the problem? From the crash report it's difficult to tell exactly what went wrong and having a reproducible way to produce the crash would be very helpful to us for improving the quality of the product. Any additional information you could provide on this would be greatly appreciated. Please refer to report 202708861 for any correspondence on this issue.

If your dataset is larger than 10MB, I can give you access to an ftp site to upload the data to.

No that's why I was searching for the report. I only know that our server got a lot of problems and it's probably because of that. But part of my job here is to clean our server to resolve this kind of problem and it would have been easier if I had some info about past crashes. When it crashes in my hand, I can take care of it directly.

Hi! The crash reports are stored in Autodesk internal servers. They are not accessible from outside. If you would like to know the detail about a given report, please send me an email directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com). I should be able to locate the report and give you a status update.
