toggle export parameter automatic

I use parameters to populate my bom info, Is it possible to set my part template to have the export parameter toggled for new dimensions (model parameters)?

I usually ad a sketch with 3 dimensions and write those parameters to a custom property that shows the part dimensions in the BOM.

When the part is created there are no model parameters, when the sketches are created with the 3 dimensions I use for the part description, it creates the parameters (d14;d15;d16). I would like these parameters to be exported automatically. Is this possible?

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for. In the part template create 3 user parameters, length width and thickness ( or whatever name that suit you), and make sure that these parameters are exported.

When you create a part file from this templates, link your sketch dimensions to these user parameters and they will be available in the BOM of the assembly file.

You should be able to do with with iLogic. There is an API command to mark as 'for export,' so you could add a rule to the parameter change event trigger so that every time a new parameter is added, it gets marked.

I'm not good enough with iLogic to write that for you though.
