Bolted Connection - Custom Content Center Library

So we made a custom CC library which was basically a direct copy of the ASTM / ANSI standard library for Hex bolts, Washers and nuts. Reason: we needed a more layman description for purchasing i.e. 'A325 - 1/2" x 6" Structural Bolt' along with some other additional custom fields.

We can see the library in our CC and we can filter correctly but, we cannot see the library when we use the Bolted Connection accelerator. We can see all of the other libraries, just not our custom one. Why is that? Do we need to edit the properties and update a setting? I did look but there isnt anything different in our custom one vs the original ASTM one except the manufacture name, Standard Organization & Family Folder Name.

Its a tad frustrating when we have the library with all the correct descriptions but we cannot access through the Bolted Connection tool. Why does this tool look at the CC differently?

How can we make our custom library appear in the BC accelerator?

Hi! I am sorry if I repeat myself. Did you author the parts to be used in Bolted Connection as "Component"? Manage -> Author -> Component.

If they are not classified as fasteners, they will not show up in Bolted Connection selection.

I Am having a similar problem at the minute. I have created a new library for my company. Basically, just copy, rename, and change the materials of the fasteners we use. However, I cannot see these in the Bolted Connection menu.
