Why cant i create a sketch in an assembly

When I go to the sketch tools in my assembly file a part of tools are grayed out. Clicking on those that are not gray brings up a strange cursor that cannot be seen in the screenshot but only when the screen is photographed.
But I fail to draw anything

I have tried autodesk forum suggested solutions:
1.Please check to see that the assembly wasn't loaded in Express mode. If so select the Load Full from the ribbon menu. Then the assembly sketching option should appear.
2.Running the Reset Utility might help.
3.export your application options and then run the Inventor reset utility
4.run as administrator

Nothing of the above has helped. Attachment video file.

Click on an origin plane or on a planar part face.

But are you really really sure that you want an assembly level sketch?

It is waiting for you to select a plane to sketch on. The status bar gives some more information.

Thank you. Really, it works.

About sketch in assmbly level.

I'm an experienced builder, but I'm not happy with the builder programs.

I was looking for a program where I could make a detailed set up of a small building.

Inventor looks suitable

I'm used to different guides (like building axes)

So I also think I need an assembly level sketch

Assembly level sketches are generally only for making assembly level cuts, for example, you assemble two parts and then drill a hole through both parts ONLY after they are assembled, not before.

I think what you probably want a sketched skeleton (part) file to place into your assembly.

But now i have another problem in assembly level sketches.

axis intersection not active, and I cannot take any action against him (example, create dimensions)

Are you asking how to dimension to a the axis? In assembly sketch you will need to use "Project Geometry" and select the axis to bring it into the sketch. You can then dimension to it.
