Invisible folders in the window Select FIle From Vault

I have 4 folders in $ (Vault Explorer). They are visible In Vautodesk Vault Basic.
If I try opening from vault in inventor, I see only one of them.
Folders were visible a few days ago. I'm not sure when it stoped worked. After update Vault maybe.

How does it fix?

The 2 folders "Zasoby" & "Zasoby2" are showing as libraries.

The Icon (like a rubic cube) denotes a library folder.

Have they always been library folders?

Yes, they always have been library folders and I used them a few days ago.

I forgot added. If I search files, files from missing folders are visible and I can use them.

I can confirm that in our (non production) Vault set-up the libraries are visible in both Vault Browser and Inventor.

Have you recently installed any Vault service packs?

Have you made any changes to the Inventor "Project"?

Yes, I have installed Vault service packs last weekend. Is it possible to uninstall service pack (for test)?
No, I haven't made any changes to the Inventor "Project".

Ok.

Did you install service pack for Vault client (local computer) only?

Did you install service pack for for server?

Did you install service packs for server and client (local computer)?

It is important to always install service packs for client and server at the same time.

I'm not sure. I think, I installed only one of them (probably a server). I have no other available in "Autodesk desktop app".

So, I shouldn't instal service pack if only one is available, should I?

Yes service packs must be installed on server and client (local computer) at the same time.

Where can I find missing installation files?
No updates in "Autodesk desktop app".
Only Vault 2020.1.2 Update (server) in "Autodesk account". - I installed this and I can't uninstall.

If you log into your Autodesk account you will find the service packs.

You will need to match server and client as outlined above.

Is it possible, someone share me instal file basic vault 2020.1.2 update (client)? I can't download, I don't see in me account. It is some error, I suppose.

That is the problem. There isn't vault 2020.1.2 update (client). I see server version only.

Hmmm very odd

The only place the update can be sourced is the Autodesk Account.

I contacted Autodesk representative before Christmas. They have resolved the issue with the missing update. I installed the client and server update. Unfortunately, the problem with the invisible library folder is still not resolved.
After the last update, there is window "Folder View" with folders tree. If I choose option "Expand" and one of levels option, Library folder will appear.
So I can use parts from Library, but I have to do this ("Expand") every time if I want to open or place part from vault library. It isn't solution.
