Ok, thank you. I haven't found a way to do that, can you give me a bit of insight? I rebuilt the material library from scratch, looking to add the sheetmetal styles without having to completely rebuild that list as well, I know some will need correcting but most should still be fine

Hi all, I am looking to create a new sheet metal style library and I noticed that I cannot find the xml file that contains it. Are sheet metal styles only able to be a local? Has anyone tried creating a new sheet metal style library?

It appears the library we have been using is local to our template file and because of this we are continuously remaking new styles. My goal is to move everything out of the part file itself and expand our use of libraries in an effort to unify everyone's workstation with the proper materials, styles, and defaults.

Thanks

It is best to create a new Standard and copy Styles into it.

I do keep the same Styles in template files.

You'll need to make sure both are in sync.
