topic FEA Results for Single Part of Assembly in Inventor Forum

Is there a way to filter FEA results to a single part in an assembly? I know you can "exclude" other parts, but that also removes any forces that are associated with those parts. I am trying to run calculations on a column, and want to see the deflection on the base plate, but the column deflection makes the results of the base plate difficult to read.

No you can't.

You can use Probes, to investigate locally

Turn off Visibility. (Not Exclude.)

Attach your assembly here if you can’t figure it out.
