      <title>How to extrude not uniformly? (Tapering/thinning out an extrusion)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am new to Inventor and have a question. This will be difficult to explain, but I have a model of a whale tail, and if looking at the front view, it is just a block without any differences in thickness. I would like the tail end to be more tapered and thin, but do not know how I can do this since I created the object by extruding up from the XZ plane. As I said, I'm pretty knew to the program so if you could try to be slightly basic with your answers I would appreciate it. I have included the file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
