How to move balloons to another view?

Hello,
I have balloons placed in (top-down) view and want to delete this view. On the drawing is another top-down view with same content, is somehow possible to move balloons there (like dimensions).

You can move each one by grabbing the arrow tip and dragging to an object in the new view. The balloon number will reflect the object it is dragged to.

I think you can select all balloons and drag them all over, but I don't think they will reattach to the same objects in the previous view, that will have to be redone one at a time.

You could auto balloon the new view and re-position to suit.

Thanks for reply. All your suggestions are valid. Not exactly what I'm looking for (see why below). Except of dragging the balloon to another view it is still lot of manual work, but better than re-creating all balloons again.

I forgot to mention... My assembly is pretty complex and is not possible to use auto-ballooning, because there is too much items in view. There is lot of details and in this drawing and only big parts are ballooned in this view (and there is also several balloons attached to each leader).
