"Rendering" is vague, if you mean can you save a screenshot of the ipn, sure. There's supposed to be a "rendering" portion in your Iventor subscription, but I've never used it. I use a separate software for renders. Are you trying to get a final result of something that looks "CAD-ish" or photoreal? Photoreal will take your game to the next level, but it's not a 5 minute task. can you share a screenshot of the assembly in question?

Hi All

I have to render exploded views for our company website and would like to know whether this is possible. All sub-assembly exploded views have been created for our technical manual, our website developers asked whether the could have high-quality renders but this is one thing that I cannot get right.

Id there any way to render exploded views from a .ipn file?

Thanks in advance.

Here are a few examples of parts I've modeled in Inventor, but rendered outside of it.

@youann21700 For rendering only, MODO and C4D, (both with Octane), but from time to time I also use Plasticity for model prep, along with MODO and C4D. 99%, (IMO), of all CAD designers only model for the BOM/Parts List, so they leave out a lot of detail that is needed when rendering, I tend to model all that stuff in using multiple solid bodies, but I've learned to do that over time because of creating renders. The other softwares offer better tools for rendering, as well as scene set-up texturing, and lighting. If you want to add textures to your model and control their direction and density, you'll need to UV to get the best results, but you can use triplaner mapping if you are rushed
