How do I create "location dimensions" to position things in a sketch.

Completely new to Inventor....Like the title says, my book (Autodesk Inventor 2020 and Engineering Graphics) I am going through is asking me to create "location dimensions" to position things in a sketch. Oddly, I haven't been about to figure out how to do this, been at about 30 minutes or so.

Could someone give me a clue just tell me what I need to do to create location dimensions? It looks like you have creating dimensions for space. I attached the tutorial book I am going though to show you what I am talking about. Also, the Inventor file. Any help would be appreciated.

No, only the forum administrator can delete posts. If you have a satisfactory answer, or in this case your own answer, just mark it as Solved. The forum users will generally ignore it or find is as a solution.
