Simply create appropriate constraints and use constrain limits where needed to allow the slides to move as needed..

Hi! If I understood request correctly, this could be done in Inventor Studio or simply use Drive constraint to animate the movement. Or, you can create a presentation animation.

I am trying to mate the roller to the inside of the extrusions and create the limits but can't.

You Attach a STEP file, not Inventor assembly.

Attach your attempt to add the necessary assembly constraints.

Also, indicate what version of Inventor you are using.

This one will be an easy problem to solve.

I am using Inventor Pro 2019. On a side note is this possible in Fusion 360. Thanks again!

Thanks for the help, but one problem I encountered when opening up the file you attached is that is say Inventor 2019 can't open a newer file.

You should always state what version of Inventor you are using - especially when it isn't the latest version.

Drag the attached assembly. This motion can be driven if desired. Keep the assembly constraints simple and robust.

Thanks for the feedback, I really appreciate your help this is going to help my Middle/High School FTC Robotics team alot.
