Print service not working 2016

Hello,

I'm guessing maybe a windows update has caused this error...it just started.

When printing an idw of any kind and size, it only prints a snap shot of an area, not the whole print. No preview is available for any print service (pdf/HP/Acrobat) either. Scale Model1:1, Best Fit, Current window all end of up with the same snapshot print

Are you talking about Inventor 2016? If it is, please check you have updated to the latest update and hotfix.

Autodesk Inventor 2016 Service Pack 2

Then, please check the plotter driver. You could try use pdf plotter to check it is issue from software or hardware.
