Inventor 2020 Extrude Cut problem inside an assembly

Dear all,

I can't create a hole using the Extrude command / Cut feature, because the button for the Cut Boolean is not shown in the Extrude dialog.

The sketch which is the base for the command is created inside an assembly on the xy plane.

Attached you can find the pdf file, which is the screenshot.

I am using Inventor 2020.

In Inventor 2019, the same Extrude dialog gives the option to add, cut or intersect.

Can somebody help me here please?

"Cut" is the only option in an assembly level extrude feature so they don't even show the options to select anything else.. No need to select anything..
