How can I create rib with draft that is extended to a profile?

I need to create a rib that terminates at a profile that has a draft angle. All the online videos I have found use trivial square geometry or bound the rib at both ends (e.g. inside a shelled container).

I am trying to create a feature like Extrusion2, in the attached part file, but terminated at the profile.

I have tried ribs running normal and parallel to the sketch plane.

Rib1 allows me to specify a draft angle but does not let me extend to the profile.

Rib2 does not allow me to specify a draft angle but does let me extend to the profile.

How would I go about creating such a rib with a draft that terminates at the profile?
