weird graphic problem in Inventor 2021

Something is screwy when I open parts. They're all black despite what the material is. What is causing this and how do I fix it?

Also, what do you have for a Video Card and Driver?

Right now I have to exit out of Inventor and start it again to reset the graphics. I'm using a laptop computer with 8GB of memory. I've also noticed that in my assembly drawing that I'm creating parts will hatch and then not hatched according to the parts that I add. This computer doesn't have a dedicated video card like a regular computer. I will be getting a new one (desktop system) sometime this year. I've attached this computer's hardware list. For now, I can put up with these glitches, but they're a pain in the butt to deal with.

Here's your main issue

Your card is OLD and not certified

I'm showing the following:

HD Graphics 3000

Sandy Bridge

January 2011

I'd look at updating the PC. If you're using a card that's this old, then the CPU/PC is likely this old too.

I would change yours to Conservative and see if that helps... but
