Assembly constraint

hello everyone. i tried to assemble polyethylene part so that it will slide on talar comp but it keep on rotating.i tried to fix it but still could not make it.do anyone know what constrain should i use to solve this ? any help will be appreciated.

I created a zero offset surface. And, apply the transitional constraint between the moving part and the offset surface (invisible). This helps control the scope of transition.

hi @johnsonshiue , i studied your solution the other day.Then i updated my design and try to redo the assembly like you did. The polyethylene part did manage to slide,but it also can rotate through the talar comp. i just want to constrain so that it will not move through talar comp

Hi! I explicitly mentioned that you need to create the transitional constraint between the zero-offset surface (invisible) in the Tarlaw part and the bottom face of Polyethylene. You need to make the surface visible -> create the constraint -> make it invisible.

Could you try it?
