Inventor 2021 - Notch frame member issue

Dear Sir/Madam,

I facing problem in notch frame member.

Notch cutting requires in bottom 2 faces in bend pipe ( Single piece) & top 1 face in vertical member.

Detail enclosed for your reference.

Here is what I am understanding, please correct me if I am incorrect. The bottom horizontal pipes are notched correctly, but the top of the vertical pipe should be notched to match the top horizontal pipe. The top pipe should have no "notch" as there is now. Is that correct? And you are asking on how to get these correct notches in your parts/assembly?

I am assuming this was done in frame generator with its built in notch feature?

Bend pipe - 1 No

Vertical pipe - 1 No.

Your model shows bend pipe in 9 Pieces. Even 2 Pieces also not acceptable while releasing production drawing.

Then they will do welding the same.

thank you for your patience. I think I understand what you want. I am sending the model and videos in the attachment. Notch functionality is not designed for what you want. Notch functionality would have to be divided into groups in the joints. This is more on Ideastation. What do you think?
I'm sending another solution, but you probably know that.
What you want cannot be used in the Frame. Or I don't know, for the frame.
