Inventor 2021 with internet white list not opening

I am using Windows10 19041, and current company policy is to only have autodesk.com white listed for internet access.

The Autodesk Desktop App will open, connect, I am able to log in and for example download updates. Inventor however will give the "You must go online to continue. Please connect now" dialog, and not open.

What is the minimum we need to white list for Inventor to open??
