I would start with creating a plane with an offset of 19 from the backside and then start a sketch on that plane. As sketch you can sketch the side view (marked in red) and then use an extrusion of 25.

Attach the *.ipt file of what you have completed so far.

I am pretty sure that I would not be creating any workplaces for this design.

In this case you can just:

Start a sketch on the Mid-plane of your body
Project the geometry on your sketch
Add the desired lines/features (Vertical line 12mm from edge, 16mm long, & horizontal line from upwards line to the angled line--> 'make the triangle')
Extrude 'symmetrical' for 25mm
