Save a leader text callout

Is there a way of saving a leader callout as I want to add information to a Part containing the parts, Name, material and material thickness for saving out as a dxf. Or is there a add on that can perform this function?

Sounds like creating a sketched symbol should do what you want..

Note: Prompted Entries need to be their own text instance and you can't do it all in one.

So create a text box for your iproperties then another for each prompted entry.
