Needhelp to make this oval hole in a box

The box is 14x10x2 cm

the oval hole is:
1 cm deep
8 cm wide
12 cm long

Yes that's what I'm looking for.
I would like to learn something new, is it possible that you are making a small video showing your workflow.
Have looked in the attachment *.ipt file, but can't figure out how you make it
