Convert text to geometry not working anymore

Hi all,

Up until this morning I have been able to convert my sketch text to geometry and now for some unknown reason I cannot do this anymore.

I have tried doing this through API also and nothing. As you can see from the attached image, I have no options available to select, it's all blank.

File attached with iLogic rule that handles the sketch text creation and conversion. Inventor 2019.

Anyone able to help?

This is probably not the answer you are looking for, but when I have issues such as yours, (everything is fine and then its not) I shut down and restart Inventor and the problem goes away. Otherwise contact your Inventor support if you have an account.

Hi! This could be Windows updates related. Please take a look and see if you have KB4601050 or KB4601056 installed. These two can cause Inventor 2020 and 2021 to crash or behavior abnormally. Please uninstall the updates. I was told that Microsoft had already publish an update to address this issue. You may want to check if all critical Windows updates are installed. We are also working on a fix to 2020 and 2021. It will be available soon.

If nothing changed, you might want to use Inventor Reset Utility (All Programs -> Autodesk -> Inventor 20xx -> Tools) to reset all settings back to install default.
